As the first General Secretary of the Kefa Football Association, Pradeep played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning, compliance, and development of the Kefa Association. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities are his keys to success in this position.
Mr latheef played important role in guiding and managing the overall functioning of the association. knowledge of football operations and with his UAE community relations and a passion for the development of the kefa, he became the successful kefa chief cordinator as well as the unquestioned kefa chief patron.
The planning and Development team had a clear vision, goals, and objectives for the Kefa Association. Identifying what Kefa wants to achieve, organizing the first Kefa tournament, providing services, and advocating for a particular group or industry Consistently working towards fulfilling the mission and objectives of the Kefa Association was their key role and they played impressive roles in the Kefa building.
Amin played a critical role in facilitating communication, maintaining records, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the association.
As the Chief Administrator, Mr. Anwar Kanthapuram was responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting the association's goals, and facilitating the overall success of the Kefa organization.
Mr. Shameer provided comprehensive IT support to manage administrative tasks, such as managing the point table and event calendar, improving communication, enhancing fan engagement, streamlining operations, and supporting the overall success of the association's endeavors.
Mr. Noushad played key roles in overseeing and guiding the technical development of football tournaments within the Kefa Association. Mr. Noushad introduced new impeccable referee systems and implemented a comprehensive technical development strategy that aligns with the Kefa Association's goals and objectives. This strategy included Kefa-dedicated refreee panels and some additional revenue for the association.
Mr. Suman played key roles in overseeing and guiding the technical development of football tournaments within the Kefa Association. Mr. Suman introduced new impeccable referee systems and implemented a comprehensive technical development strategy that aligns with the Kefa Association's goals and objectives. This strategy included Kefa-dedicated refreee panels and some additional revenue for the association.
Bylaws serve as a governing document that outlines the structure, responsibilities, and
operating principles of the association. identifying the essential components that need
to be addressed in the bylaws. This typically includes the association's purpose,
membership requirements, board structure, meeting procedures, decision-making processes,
financial management, and other operational details.
Anil created the initial
structure and points. Salam Copy Corner amended the structure in
2017 to today’s standards, such as the Kefa Law, the Law for Tournaments Organizing
Committee, the Team Managers Law, the Wats Up Law, etc.
